My journey across customer service, employee training, and project management has shaped my understanding of the importance of equipping employees with the right tools to elevate their performance, fostering both personal growth and organizational success.

Having a background in Physical Therapy, I gained valuable insights into how the brain processes learning and behavior change—knowledge I bring to instructional design. By analyzing problems from multiple angles and asking the right questions, I take the time to design effective, thoughtful plans that drive results.

My Master’s in Learning Design and Technology has deeply shaped my approach to creating impactful learning experiences. I prioritize collaboration with SMEs, defining clear business goals, and meeting learners at their level.
